2. What we do

We provide online coaching with two meetings per month and lifetime access to the GNA Academy curriculum (LMS).

3. Information we collect

  • Account and contact info: name, email, phone, company, role

  • Payment info: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details

  • Usage data: IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, browser or device details

  • Communications: emails, forms, scheduling details, support requests

  • Recordings: we record program and coaching calls. By participating, you consent to being recorded

4. How we use information

  • Deliver and improve coaching, courses, and curriculum access

  • Process payments, invoices, and renewals

  • Schedule sessions and communicate about your account

  • Analyze usage to improve content and performance

  • Marketing where permitted. If we later enable SMS, we'll obtain consent and include opt-out instructions

5. Sharing and processors

We share data with service providers who help us operate our services, for example:

  • Payments: Stripe

  • Analytics and ads: Google Analytics, Meta (Pixel)

  • Scheduling: Calendly

  • LMS and program ops: TalentLMS and/or GoHighLevel (if in use)

  • Email and support: our email provider and helpdesk tools

These providers must protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tech for functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

7. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Call recordings are kept for program quality and training for a reasonable period, then deleted or anonymized.

8. Your choices

  • Email: opt out of marketing any time via the unsubscribe link

  • SMS (if enabled later): reply STOP to unsubscribe

  • Cookies: manage in your browser and ad platform preference tools

9. Your rights (GDPR/CCPA and similar)

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or objection to processing.

10. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. International transfers

If information is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

13. Changes

We may update this policy and will post a new "Last updated" date when we do.
